Experiential Learning in Level 1

The cycle of experiential learning proposes that we are naturally capable of learning, but experience plays a critical role in knowledge construction and acquisition. Experiential learning teaches students competencies for real-world success.

At ECEC, we have formulated our trainings so that the full cycle of experiential learning is completed. Like in the above picture, where the participants of on-going Introductory course on ECD are acting out what is done in PE in preschool followed by reflection on what went on, so that new knowledge is created in them to further experiment on whatever they have learnt. And the cycle continues on.
